Karen Ely – founder and director of A Woman's Way -- is an accomplished speaker and group facilitator with a lifetime commitment to assisting women in fulfilling their dreams. Karen is the author of the well-received memoir, Daring to Dream: Reflections on the Year I Found Myself published in 2006, which chronicles the end of her 32-year marriage, and A Retreat of My Own, a personal retreat guide, published in 2008. Daring to Dream is not just the title of her first book but also her personal mantra.
