Join SARK, bestselling author, artist and transformational teacher for a FABULOUS FRIENDSHIP FESTIVAL in gorgeous Sedona, Arizona. Come alone, come with a friend, and join us for a celebration of friendship with yourself and the other valuable friendships in your life.

Through interactive art, music and words, we will explore how we can creatively celebrate and expand deep friendship with ourselves and others. This experiential workshop will show how friendships are our real "trust funds", and friendships between women are transformative vehicles for growth. Through spontaneous activities, playful interactions, and intimate sharing, we will learn from each other and reveal ways to spend more soul~full time with friends and ultimately ourselves.

We will focus on three friendship areas:
 
Self-Friendship ~ learn how to apply exquisite self-care, practice new self-caring methods and experience new ways to be your own dearest friend.
 
Friendship Challenges ~ learn how to navigate conflict with friends, practice making new friends, investigate new ways to expand and deepen your current friendships.
 
Friendship Integration and Celebration ~ experience the joys of friendship and connection with yourself and others, practice centering yourself in solid self-friendship, wildly celebrate all your friendships.
 
Join us for this fabulous friendship festival and you will leave transformed, inspired and with a map of how to continue and expand what you experienced at the retreat.
 
About the Women's Retreat Facilitator

Women's Workshop Costs and Fees
The fee for this workshop is $225.
Fee includes facilitated two-day workshop held from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day at the Sedona Creative Life Center, located in the heart of Sedona. Workshops are designed to incorporate times for quiet reflection, personal growth, laughter and the camaraderie of other extraordinary women. Participants will leave the workshop with resources to assist them on their journey to living an authentic life filled with passion and joy.
