Renew your spirit amid
the natural paradise of southwestern Colorado. You will
find yourself transformed by its beauty, inspired by its
glorious sunsets and awed by its spectacular night
skies. Surrounded by a landscape of pinon, juniper and
fragrant sage, surrounded by a countryside of rolling
wildflower meadows, you will find a sense of freedom
where anything becomes possible.
Return to the carefree,
sun-drenched summer days of your childhood. A time where
new friendships, hilarious laughter, late night talks
and exciting new adventures, left you breathless and
passionate about your future. Join 22 women from around
the country for 4 days of fun, introspection, renewal
and inspiration in the middle of the glorious mountains
of southwestern Colorado.
In this 4-day retreat, we'll
beckon the deepest whispers of our heart to the surface
and listen intently to their wisdom (and let them go if
they no longer serve us). We'll touch our dreams and
create a plan to draw them out of our hearts and into
reality. We'll weave together large and small group
exercises, quiet, joyful playing, journaling and
laughter. We'll walk on beautiful mountain trails, lie
in fields of wildflowers, sit on porch swings and watch
the sun rise. We'll slowly connect deeply with
ourselves. And in the end, we'll leave with a passion
and plan for our future. |

provided by the Sophia Retreat Center in
Dolores, Colorado. Located on the top of a
breathtaking mesa, surrounded by the spectacular
San Juan mountain range and just an hour outside
of Telluride, Colorado, the Sophia Retreat
Center offers the perfect combination of beauty,
serenity, inspiration and exploration. All rooms
are single occupancy. You can find further
information about the retreat center by visiting

For women who are
traveling by air, it is recommended that you fly
into the Durango, Colorado airport. From the
